Bonded Fiberglass Fabric is
a kind of multi-layer composite textile made from rovings and polyester
yarn. Each layer is arranged un-directionaly and parally in the 0, 90,
45 degree direction,
with one outer layer of chopped strand, If desired, the systems of yarns are stitch bonded together, include biaxial, multiaxial fabric as well as mat and multi-layer fabrics. In accordance with the requirement for end use, the number of layers and orientation of yarn can be controlled with the view of obtaining optimum crimp and binder, for use in fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP), has outstanding resin impregnation, which results in the lower resin content and performance processability, machinability and cost reduction basis. There are generally several processing method available for the fabric in FRP moulding technology such as pultrusion, hand lay-up, resin transfer moulding and so on.
