AR Fiberglass Roving used for spray up or mechanical continuous forming GRC.  Soaked in 100 °C; saturated Ca (OH)2 insulation for 4 hours, remained filament strength > 82%, diameter diminution <0.5% (tested in naked fiber without size and coating)  Soaked in 100°C, 10% NaOH insulation for 1 hours, weight loss <0.5%.

In standard exporting packing, inside packed with paper cartons Outside packed with wooden pallet one 20'ft can load 17 - 20 metric tons ( 20 pallets)

AR Fiberglass Chopped Strand

It's used for premixed GRC, cut with the length of 3mm, 6mm, 12mm, 24mm and divided into two type:  

Type one pre-mix strand: it mixed 20 minutes in cement at 50 RPM still keep good bundle state, will not dispersed to filaments.  
Type two water-dispersible strand: it will disperse to filament in water in 10 seconds.

Packing method:

Net weight: 10 kgs/bag 2 bags/carton, 12 cartons/pallet, one 20'ft can load 9.6 metric tons. 



AR Fiberglass Scrim

Used for lay out, coating or mechanical formed GRC, especially for external wall insulation on site. Properties is same as roving, price depend on coating type and content. 
The product can be manufactured according to customer's special requirement.
