Wet Chopped Strands is E and C glass produced from continuous filament strand and used as raw material of fiberglass paper and wet-laid mat which have been found wide usages in building material, light industries and electrical industries, etc.
 

The main applications are battery separators, asphalt felt, etc.

It's coated with starch or silane sizing. Wet chopped strand are featured by quick and easy dispersion in pulp and shurry.
